Shipping & Drop Ship
- Normally, order will be shipped in one (1) to two (2) working days.
- Shipping rate starts from $6.95 for domestic shipment.
- Normal shipment is through UPS ground, cost to be borne by customer.
- Shipments are insured and cost of insurance is included in the shipping charge.
- Express services are honored upon request.
- We drop ship with your company¡¯s label only, for $3.00.
- For international shipping, please email us.
Terms
- COD or open accounts are available after account cumulative purchases reach $200.
- Credit application with trade referrals for approval will take 4-6 weeks.
Returns
- All claims must be made within seven (7) days of shipment receipt.
- All returns must have prior authorization, otherwise return shipment will be refused.
- All returns must be shipped with a copy of original invoice, marked with reason for being returned.
- Items returned must be in original wrapping and in brand new condition.
- Restocking fee is 10% of value with a $10 minimum.
- Items returned for refund will be in account credit only.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation will be honored before order is shipped.
- Rush orders and special orders are not cancellable.
